SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing:
  • Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.
  • The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
Delivery Charges and Timelines:
  • Order Processing Time: We dispatch most orders within 2-3 business days (exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
  • Delivery Time: For all areas that are easily serviceable by couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 7 business days of shipping (exclude Saturday, Sunday and other holidays). For other areas the products may take 7-12 business days depending on location.
  • There are no shipping charges for the prepaid orders. However, for all COD orders there will be a shipping charge of INR 100.
Damages and Disputes:
  • Any shipping and delivery related dispute have to be updated or informed to us within 48 hours by email (orders@trulytino.com). Preferably within 24 hours for us to be able to provide a resolution. Please add your order number in the subject for convenient identification.
  • Any orders that are Returned to Origin due to the non-availability of the customer, will not be re-shipped free of cost. A shipping fee of INR 50 -100 (depending of the location) will be charged for re-shipping of orders that have come back due to customer unavailability.
  • For Damages, return product(s) are verified against the claim. A replacement would be initiated accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability. See Returns for more.
International Shipping:
  • We are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, we will keep you in the loop.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
A great deal of effort goes into developing the product and sending it your doorstep. However, if you are not satisfied for any of following concerns, we would be happy to process a return:
(1) Wrong product delivery
(2) Expired product delivery
(3) Damaged product delivery 

How to Return:

STEP 1: Raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery if you’ve received wrong or expired product(s). Please reach out to us at orders@trulyinto.com to raise this request.  Please add your order number in the subject for convenient identification. Kindly also attach a picture of the product received so that we can evaluate its condition.


STEP 2: After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you.


STEP 3: After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability. If stock is unavailable, a refund will be processed. Once we initiate the refund, it will be refunded within 10 business days.

Under the following circumstances, return / replacement / refund requests will not be accepted:

  • Seal Opened / products used or altered.
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, etc.) is missing.
  • The return / replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • The damaged / missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
